We’ve officially entered the last month of winter and I don’t know about you but those balmy summer days can’t arrive soon enough.
We’ve just come out of level four lock-down and I hope you are taking advantage of all the local specials and getting to know our beautiful country a little better.
We recently spent a week camping in Kruger National Park and the simplicity of it all was a breath of fresh air. It was a treat to get away from the pandemic madness for a while and live a simple, uncomplicated life for a week. It’s amazing how little one actually needs and how little it actually costs to make more memorable family moments. On page 20 of this edition you’ll find 3 invaluable tips on just how you can “buy less yet experience more” in 2021.
We take you to Rhino Sands Safari Camp and we introduce you to some unique walking tours and steam train rides in the Free State.
This month we also celebrate all the beautiful and strong women of our country and in this edition we take a closer look at the amazing women who are training to be nature guides with Limpopo Field Guiding Academy.
I hope you enjoy this edition.
Till next time, keep safe and keep travelling!
