The well-furnished self-catering cottages are serviced, fully equipped and there are delightful touches like the delivery of warm home-made scones each morning. Wildside stayed in Coot Cottage that has three bedrooms, one of which is a loft, and found the setting alongside the river most beautiful.
On the property there are four trout dams and mountain walks. There is also The Barn - an incredible country style sports bar complete with flat screen television and sporting paraphernalia that hides unobtrusively behind a door that simply says The Barn, yet opens up to a massive activity area complete with pool tables too. Perfect for when the rugby is on.
Mkomazana is a place where you can stroll around at your leisure in peaceful surroundings, take in the beautiful sights and sounds, enjoy the rich birdlife, go fly fishing, or laze in your private garden and cloud watch. The location is suited to embark on a range of activities including hikes and mountain biking, or going for a drive up Sani Pass.
A late afternoon hail storm added to the beauty of being in the mountains and provided for much chatter around the evening fireplace especially about how we’d like to return.
